A Rachael Meckling original, made in Saskatoon, SK. Gouache painted vellum paper; an unlikely pairing that is now one of Rachael’s favourite duos. This vellum “paper” is similar to a wax paper in terms of opacity and tone. Floral patterns painted on different sides of vellum, stacked to create a 3D yet 2D painted garden. Physically there are 2 pieces of artworks. Can be displayed separately, but this is not intended by the artist.
