Rachael can work off of photos, although she is famous for her LIVE event sketching. This can be done in 5, 7, 10 and 15 minute time slots per human figure. Choosing the time/detail of sketch can help accommodate the number of guests at your party. Rachael is open to illustrating after the event as well; referencing off of photos from the event, to ensure each guest is honoured with their unique Fashion Portrait. Fashion Illustrations are painted in watercolour & gouache, or with on her iPad & airdropped or printed during or after the event. Please contact Rachael for rates, as each party is so special.
Rachael is also open for LIVE Fashion Portrait sessions on the top floor of her Parisian inspired studio in YXE on 3rd Avenue.

WHO IS SHE?
Rachael Meckling is a Canadian fashion illustrator. She completed her studies in Fashion Communication with her Bachelor of Design from Ryerson University in 2011. She is now a multidisciplinary artist. Rachael is currently focusing on fashion illustration in traditional and digital mediums, working on painting on fabrics, table cloths, canvases, and always painting in her favourite; watercolour & gouache. Her ‘girls’ translate into so many mediums. Wooden laser cut ‘wall drawings’, LED “neon” light pieces has brought so much life to her 2D illustrations! Rachael offers on-the-spot fashion portraits, ‘whipping you up into one of “her girls”' in about 15-20 minutes’, or under 7 minutes for LIVE events. Her favourite LIVE fashion portrait clients include Holt Renfrew, CHANEL, Louis Vuitton, Saks Fifth Avenue. You can hire her for any event, anywhere in Canada & USA, and beyond. She has an art studio in #Saskatoon where she offers LIVE fashion portrait sessions.
